At Uphaars, each hamper is handcrafted with love and personalized attention. We take great care in preparing, packing, and shipping your orders so they arrive just the way you imagined.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All our gift hampers are handmade and customized, so please allow 2–4 working days for processing before dispatch.

  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

💌 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/size.

  • We may offer free shipping on certain promotional orders or above a specific cart value.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

❗Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Uphaars will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient

In such cases, re-delivery (if possible) may incur additional charges.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

We take every measure to pack your hamper securely.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the damaged package/item (if applicable)

We will do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.
