At Uphaars, each hamper is crafted with love, care, and a personal touch — just for you. Because our products are handmade and personalized, we kindly ask for your understanding that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

Our hampers are curated based on your selected preferences and often include custom messages, designs, or items that are made to order. This makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind, and unfortunately, not eligible for resale or return.


Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Orders

We want you to have the best experience possible. If you receive a hamper that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Significantly different from what you ordered,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID

  • Photos of the package/item received

  • A brief explanation
